New: a quick SSL check on the Tools page, plus free expiry alerts
The Tools page now has a quick SSL check, and our free expiry monitor emails you 30, 14 and 3 days before a certificate expires - including ones bought elsewhere.
With certificates now lasting 200 days or less, expiry dates come round faster. Two small changes make them easier to keep an eye on:
- Quick check on the Tools page: type a website and see its issuer, expiry date, covered names and chain straight away.
- Free expiry monitor: add up to 20 websites and we email you 30, 14 and 3 days before each certificate expires - also for certificates bought elsewhere. Every alert has a one-click "stop" link, and we only read the public certificate.
